Prerequisites

Physicians without experience in this field have better prerequisites to learn the FUE extraction hair reconstruction method. The advantage of not having experience in this field simplifies the learning of self-developed and diverse techniques from scratch.

In addition to training in the FUE extraction method, we also offer training for your assistants.
The results depend not only on your skills but also on the entire specialized equipment and setup of your operating rooms.

Without the necessary, appropriately specialized equipment, performing a procedure entails enormous psychological and physical stress. For a successful procedure, we strongly advise against hair reconstructions without properly fitting equipment.

Please be aware that you may need to invest in the entire setup of a treatment room before performing such procedures.

Understand that hair transplants are among the most challenging procedures in terms of work. The process of a successful hair transplant requires enormous physical endurance – comparable to running a marathon or climbing a mountain. The full extent of the procedure becomes clear only after completing the first intervention.

On the other hand, this is an extremely fulfilling task. After the procedure, every patient understands the difficulties and dedication associated with this type of minimally invasive intervention. Although our FUE extraction hair reconstruction method is complex, it is still learnable. These lines are not meant to discourage you but to realistically prepare you for this process.

Extraction (removal) of hair follicles (grafts) does not have the same success under identical conditions (minimum possible FUE punch) for every patient
Too high transection rate
Extraction succeeds only in certain areas and not uniformly across the entire donor area
Despite maximum local anesthesia dosage, the patient still experiences pain
Anesthesia does not always work uniformly
Possibility of increased bleeding in the patient, resulting in impaired visibility of the treatment area
Difficulty in inserting individual grafts, leading to higher losses during implantation
Slits exceed the essential maximum size

Slits become difficult to discern or are no longer visible shortly after due to their fineness
Team workflow is not functioning properly
Difficulty in estimating treatment time accurately
No or insufficient hair growth rate
Even with good hair growth rate, natural results are not achieved at hairlines, temples, or crown
The donor area is rendered unusable after a single extraction
Patients experience swelling after the treatment phase
