Planing Day
Wash your hair as usual and refrain from using any additional products such as gel, hairspray, etc.
Marking of the transplant areas
Please bring a hat with you as your hairlines or other areas for treatment will be marked, and the donor areas will be shaved.
- Take a night to sleep on this decision to ensure you are completely sure about how your facial frame will look in the end. We schedule an extra day for this purpose. Take advantage of it so you can become familiar with the possible outcome. On the day of the treatment itself, any desired changes to hairlines or other areas can be discussed again.
Many clients have difficulty sleeping the night before the procedure. This is normal. Often, any missed sleep during the treatment is simply caught up on later.
Planning Process on Treatment Days
Treatment Day 1
Shower normally, but do not rub the drawn lines. The lines are waterproof.
You will need:
- Clean top for each treatment day (buttoned or zippered)
- Comfortable pants without pressure points, such as jogging pants
- Comfortable shoes – disposable slippers will be provided
- Have a hearty breakfast and do not come on an empty stomach for the treatment
- Avoid consuming caffeinated beverages
- Please be punctual
After the treatment, the treated area should continue to be sprayed regularly with saline solution at the hotel or at home, following the instructions provided. We will provide you with sufficient saline solution for this purpose.
Please use the sterile disposable sheets we provide for your pillow. Sleep in a way that does not rub or apply strong, sustained pressure to the treated areas. With the method we use, you do not need to adhere to a specific sleeping position. Sleep in whichever way is most comfortable for you.
We use minimally invasive FUE instruments in our procedures to ensure that the grafts are as securely in place as possible and cannot come loose. If you happen to lie on the treated areas, nothing will happen as long as you do not scratch them, rub them with the pillow, or apply strong, sustained pressure to them.
Treatment Days
You must follow the following instructions daily:
Shower as usual, but avoid the treated area. The donor area should be rinsed with warm water using the shower head to prevent crusting.
Important: Gently pat dry the donor area with a soft towel after showering, avoiding rubbing or rubbing.
We use minimally invasive extraction needles, known as FUE punches. This technique allows for very minimal tissue removal, and the hair follicles are completely plucked along with the stem cells.
To ensure that the traces of these minimally invasive procedures heal as quickly as possible and become invisible after a few days, the scalp area must be properly cared for according to our instructions. This is the only way to achieve the fastest possible healing.
The implanted areas should not be touched. Moisture or water droplets should be allowed to air dry (without a hairdryer).
FAQ
Important questions about medication.
Is your question not listed? Please contact us. We are happy to assist you.
• Finasteride is a DHT inhibitor and has been successfully used for 30 years to treat hair loss. Finasteride in a dosage of 1 mg should not be discontinued before, during, or after hair reconstruction.
• Minoxidil is a potassium channel opener and was originally developed as an oral medication for the treatment of high blood pressure. It is believed that the widened blood vessels improve the nutrient supply to the hair follicles. However, Minoxidil is dissolved in alcohol, which can cause irritation to fresh wounds. Typically, you can resume Minoxidil approximately 14 days after completing the treatment. Consider whether you can tolerate it shortly after the procedure or if your scalp may react too sensitively. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us. Minoxidil promotes circulation particularly well and can accelerate the time until the first hairs start to grow again. Important: You must stop using Minoxidil two weeks before the treatment.
• We advise you to pause smoking before the treatments. Smoking calcifies the capillaries and is therefore, as generally known, harmful to the entire organism. This also affects the hair, which is not adequately supplied with nutrients as a result. Therefore, we strongly recommend ideally quitting smoking altogether.
