Physicians and Doctors with Experience

Prerequisites

  • Extraction (removal) of hair follicles (grafts) does not have the same success under identical conditions (minimum possible FUE punch) for every patient
  • Too high transection rate
  • Extraction succeeds only in certain areas and not uniformly across the entire donor area
  • Despite maximum local anesthesia dosage, the patient still experiences pain
  • Anesthesia does not always work uniformly
  • Possibility of increased bleeding in the patient, resulting in impaired visibility of the treatment area
  • Difficulty in inserting individual grafts, leading to higher losses during implantation
  • Slits exceed the essential maximum size
  • Slits become difficult to discern or are no longer visible shortly after due to their fineness
  • Team workflow is not functioning properly
  • Difficulty in estimating treatment time accurately
  • No or insufficient hair growth rate
  • Even with good hair growth rate, natural results are not achieved at hairlines, temples, or crown
  • The donor area is rendered unusable after a single extraction
  • Patients experience swelling after the treatment phase
  • A uniform extraction of grafts, regardless of the region of donor areas, hair structure, skin type, or thickness of the underlying lipid tissue
  • Gentle, harmonious, and after a few days, absolutely invisible extraction technique
  • Extraction technique with minimal necessary tissue removal
  • Optimal local anesthesia with minimal pain perception, using the least amount of anesthesia possible
  • Reduced bleeding
  • Slit technique without damaging existing hair, which is especially important for successful hair density
  • Design and implementation of natural hairlines, temples, and crown
  • Less invasive than traditional FUE methods
  • Multiple extractions from the same donor area possible
  • Implantation technique: larger grafts implanted into smaller slits without preparation using a microscope, particularly important for hairlines, temples, or eyebrows
  • Swelling after treatment is no longer the norm but the exception
  • Experience-based and detailed pre- and post-treatment care of patients to identify issues and questions before they arise
  • Graft care: how hair growth rate or graft survival time outside of tissue is increased
  • Analysis of the entire environment: team check, workflow, equipment and instrument check, hygiene, and safety rules
