Analysis
Repair cases from clinics worldwide show the same pattern: difficult angles never extracted, unnecessarily large diameters, visible defects in the donor area. The problem had many names. The root cause was always the same.
Development
The industry accepts defects and unreachable zones as the price of intact grafts. We see it differently. An instrument that solves one problem and creates two new ones is not progress. Wound channel, transection rate, and donor area preservation all have to be addressed at once.

rehaar® was founded by Halil Senguel after 15 years of hands-on experience in hair transplantation as a licensed practitioner. Systematic analysis led to a new approach: instruments that preserve tissue instead of compromising it.
Today, rehaar® works with physicians and manufacturers who want to ensure quality systematically—even as caseloads grow. Our Düsseldorf facility brings together development, clinical infrastructure, and showroom under one roof.
